2019 as Defensive Backfield Coach for the Elmshorn Fighting Pirates, Coach Roman helped strengthen the Defensive unit. After an improved 14-2 record, the Pirates won their two Relegation Games against Dusseldorf, moving up to the GFL 1 Division North.
